This is a little bit strange. I think that it would really taste much better if it was able to retain its carbonation. Unfortunately, part of the SkittleBrau Project is that the Skittles always cause the beer to go flat. So the majority of this SkittleBrau is pretty bland. Not very flavorful. At the end it takes on a very odd taste, almost like Bisquick pancake batter. Like many light colored beers, Blue Moon takes on a deep amber/orange flavor.

Conclusion: Bland. But there may be pancakes at the end.
