Guinness with Smoothie Mix Flavor

I'm somewhat confused by this excursion into the Smoothie Mix flavor of Skittles. I've never actually eaten these kind of Skittles before. As usual with something as dark as Guinness, the color does not change very much. Slight tones of the light colors come through mostly towards the end of the glass. The flavor is very slight at the beginning even with stirring. About halfway into the glass it becomes stronger but is both good and bad at the same time. Sometimes it tastes very fruity and is pretty damned good. Other times it tastes very bitter. Unfortunately it tends to become more bitter as you get to the bottom. So it seems alright in the middle sometimes, but otherwise it isn't really that good.

Conclusion: It has its moments, but they are few.
